With Luke and Liam D on international duty this week, we travelled to Pakefield in the first round of the cup. As usual we got off to a slow start going down 1 - 0 in the first 5 minutes. This goal got us kick started and we peppered the Pakefield goal. Tom going close with some long range efforts. Reliable Reece got us level with a good strike. Up and running we played some of our best football to date after half time. Perry playing simple football to open Pakefield up on a few occasions. Reece added to the score 3 more times to bring his tally to 4. Ronnie got 2 more finishing his last one like a true striker. Our three boys at the back and Alex in goal kept things nice and tight with Liam s and Ollie keeping the concentration levels up to the end. Special mention for Aaron playing his best game to date earning himself joint man of the match with Reece. Final score 6 -1.
