Freethorpe u13s

Freethorpe U13's having been competitive for the last couple of months came down to earth with a big bump against a very good Bungay side losing 11-0. Freethorpe were 3-0 down at half time and it looked as if damage limitation was all that was needed for the second half. However, these tatics did not work as Bungay scored within a minute,with Freethorpe then losing a defender due to injury. Bungay then went on to score 8 more. A big well done to goalkeeper Matthew, who worked extremly hard. If only our defenders had known they are allowed to kick the ball away after the goalkeeper saved it, the score may have only been 8-0! However we must look on the positive side as it will probably be a while before we come up against another good side as this! This week away to Gorleston Rangers B.
